Ok, so maybe the sea isn’t exactly relevant to my blogs central setting in Southern Ontario.  Regardless though, I love these weekly photo challenges as they give me a chance to post in between forays into the wild.  Not to mention I really do enjoy a some beach time or deep sea fishing.

So in honour of this weeks photo challenge I’ve decided to include some pictures from a recent trip to the shores of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.  Enjoy!

Here is a shot of a doctor fish we caught during a deep sea fishing trip.  Quite the feisty little minnow!

This one is just plain cool.

Finally one of my favourite shots from the whole trip.  The Yucatan peninsula in Mexico is a truly beautiful place (just as long as you don’t mind too many tourists).
