The MNR recently posted the draft stocking plan for lake Ontario on the Environmental Registry. Members of the public can comment on the proposed changes between February 2, 2015 and April 30, 2015.
For those of us located in the Kingston area, it looks like stocking of all non-native species will be ceased due to lack of success in the past. Stocking will continue for lake trout and deep water cisco in our area.
